I would love to recommend you to read the book but sadly there’s no english version yet, if you can read korean there’s one in the language.

It was the essence of being a leader – to know that you can take control. But don’t forget to listen to others too. I agree with reading those leadership books though I hate self help books. Maybe some biography ones ?
