I remembered an animation, weirdly. I used to be soooooooo into chinese culture lol I read a book called “Snow Flower and Secret Fan”, even though its not horror themed (because I’m so scared to read one hahahahahahaha)

Its centered about women empowerment and this one tradition called foot binding (google it and you will – i don’t know, ada dalam kepala buat beberapa hari XD)
